That's what it looks like to me. I see the Grey Goose design, one I happen to know all too well and then there is the can of red bull. Girl needed a drink and made herself one.

So people who go to rehab can't drink, ever again?
Isn't rehab to help you control substance abuse? Geez. As long as she drinks responsibly aka no binging 24/7 then I think it's perfectly fine. Esp. at HER age.

For ~~some~~ Alcoholics (not saying she is) they can never drink again, period. If one is truely addicted to a substance, after giving it up, trying to do the same thing casually is walking a very dangerous line that usally leads to relapse. That's why AA members keep track of the # of days they have been clean and sober.

And rehab (imo) isn't to control substance abuse--its to cure it. Especially if its hardline drugs; to learn to never need them/do them again.

How nice of the security to hand over the cctv to the press. I'm one of those people who thinks that Lindsay's rehabs were for a drug problem more than a drinking one.
I don't see a big problem with having a drink once in a while as long as she's in control, I'm not going to condemn her. Now if it was drugs then I'll be the first to voice my disapproval.

The thing that bugs me the most is that plenty of people, famous or not, who've been to rehab are doing the same thing as Lindsay- drinking occasionally still. Nobody's making a big deal, but because it's Lindsay Lohan, they're all jumping on her.

Let the bitch have some drinks. As long as she's not drunk all the time, and snorting coke, she should be okay.
Lindsay should come and drink some Pink Lemonade Vodka with me and my friends right now hah..no paps or hidden cameras here.

Hopefully Samantha never goes back to that club, from the looks of the photos they sold Lindsay out. Lame as fuck.

Can she sue Lotus for the leaked video? She was inside Lotus, which is a private property, doing her thing and not outside in public. I'm pissed for her that some greedy a-hole sold this.

I think Lotus is done, Sam probably don't ever want to DJ there again. They set that computer there for a purpose. They want to film Lindsay at first place. Nothing wrong with drinks and smokes but totally wrong for filming Lindsay when she is not working.

I have to disagree with you guys- she should NOT be drinking. She has proven, multiple times, that she has problems with alcohol. Getting her life on track and finding some semblance of a career should be her priorities, not drinking. No one NEEDS to drink- especially not someone who has everything to lose by falling into her old habits.

Definitely should not be drinking. Not surprised though and thought she was tipsy the other night in England, the same night she is leaning her head on Ronson's shoulder. I know over the last few months that she is being abused in the media and on the net to an extreme I have never remotely seen before, most of it being of a homophobic nature. It will be interesting to see if the media will take some responsibility. If one famous person came out and questioned the virulent commentary on Lohan it would be enough to chill. I mean even Time magazine jumped in with a biphobic remark. Hate to have another Jean Seberg on their hands. It's almost as if the media is trying to make things happen (for example pushing for a Lohan/Ronson breakup) instead of reporting on their lives. Wouldn't proper news go that is a person that does not know they are being filmed and under the comprehension of privacy (and not breaking a law).

On another point, that is pretty gruesome for that club to do that. So did they stick that computer back there under the pretense of giving Lohan privacy. If so that is pretty low.

Not disappointed in Lindsay (I did far worse at that age - went to college after all). Instead I am concerned because she is is using a substance which for an addict is never good.

first words out of my mouth when I saw this "Oh SHIT!" man... she really shouldnt drink but honestly its her deal and what she does is her biz.... when media gets a hold of this they are gonna rip her apart! But honestly she should sew the club and I wouldnt be suprised if she does. I dunno what to say, Im so pissed.... ugh. Even though its not gonna happen can we all just take a moment and hope media will just over look this one and not made a big deal out of it.... once again ill be standing at work defending her. UGH!

It's difficult...

if she's hanging out at clubs a lot, because Samantha is working there. I reckon she's bored a lot of the time, and its easy to just start drinking.

Perhaps she could stop following Samantha around on all her gigs. Time to move on to another phase of their relationship, if they want to stay together. Time apart is healthy. And she should be figuring out what she's doing next, acting wise. Most people in relationships don't spend 24/7 with each other. No wonder they get into fights.

Okay. So what do we have here? We have a 22 year old drinking an alcoholic drink. Stop the presses, and stop them now! *rolls eyes*

I'm thinking she probably has a drink at home as well. It's not a bad thing and it's not a crime, people. It really isn't. It's perceived/spinned as some sort of bad thing, when it just isn't. And it's made into a problem by people's overly dramatic reaction to it.

In my opinion her having a drink is just not a problem. And not even if she sometimes gets a bit drunk. Most of us get that once in a while. I know I do. Hey, live a little, enjoy your life! It might be over tomorrow. That goes for Lindsay Lohan too. Just don't overdo it and definitely not regularly. I believe this even if she has been in rehab- which covers all sorts of things. And which she was in I gather not for drinking but doing coke and DUI? But she's still just 22. Let's not forget that. I was in college at her age and drank worse than she did and I'm doing just fine now, believe you me.

She's not driving a car. She sitting in a club. She's with her girlfriend who's working. Who also has to know and has the occassional drink herself. Like we all do. And all the while Lohan's being filmed which she's apparently unaware of...

So, let the girl have a drink. It's normal and it's really okay.

Now tell me what is REALLY wrong with these pictures? A hint: it's not that she's having a drink.

The problem is not that a 22 year old is drinking. The problem is that a 22 year old who has stated herself in the past that she has an ALCOHOL AND DRUGS problem, and who is currently on probation for a DUI, is drinking.
This is not your regular 22 year old, this is a 22 year old prone to addictive behavior as shown by 2 rehab trips.
That certainly doesn't make her a bad person. But it does make her a person who has to be a little more controlled and careful than others. I don't think drinking is a good idea in her case. But it's her life,her decision and the consequences ultimately will be hers too.

Lindsay's not drinking and driving. Her arrests are for Driving under influence (3 car crashes in 3 years). She has a sober companion (Sam). Lindsay's just doing the proverbial "social drinking". Paris Hilton was seen selling her own champagne shortly after her arrests.

Poor Lindsay. She has no privacy. The security cameras are too much. People just dislike her and want to slam her for everything she does. Poor girl. I hope she's strong enough.

i really don't know what happend but i know how terrible is gonna be for her..i mean maybe she just make a mistake and she thought she'ld work that out with sam next to her and her family..but now everyone knows about it and it sucks coz people are to mean and they gonna stard talking shits about her ...... i just wish this doesn't do anything to sam and lindsay relationship..

Lindsay has no privacy but she should know that by now. Everyone will sell her out for a buck if it makes a good story. If you wanna drink, do it in your own house. At least there you no that no one's watching.

Well this explains that fucked up MySpace blog she did that night that people didn't understand about being an outsider at the club. She was apparently drunk.

Maybe this is why she and Samantha are fighting. She's partying too hard again? She did look drunk in some of those pics in London.

I see two issues.

One is that her privacy was violated. The club sold her out. That sucks for her. It's one more pressure for her to deal with, when, IMO, she is already overloaded with pressure. And if I were Samantha, I would be so pissed and would never work at that club again.

The second issue is that she is drinking. I think it is a problem. Lindsay is an addict. She is trying to rebuild her career and her life. For her public image, but even more, for her own physical and emotional health, she needs to be sober.

I totally understand the perspective of, "she's 22, let her have a drink", but she is a 22 year old addict who's been to rehab three times and been arrested for DUI twice and can't drive for three years because of it. No one needs to drink. There are a lot of people in the world who never drink at all. There are other ways to have fun and relax besides drinking. She needs to figure out how to create a sober life for herself, and sober doesn't have to equal boring.
